1. All persons entering or entering the Car Park are required to familiarize themselves with the Regulations before entering or entering the Car Park and to comply with their provisions.
2. In the event of non-acceptance of the terms of the Car Park Regulations, the user is not entitled to use the Car Park.
3. The User who has concluded a property lease agreement with "Royal House" during its term is entitled to use the Car Park, as well as the user using the services of "Vip Apartments" who has a parking card placed in a visible place behind the windshield of the vehicle. Persons not mentioned and who do not have the above parking card are unauthorized persons.
4. Persons not authorized to use the Car Park are obliged to pay a fee for its use for each commenced day of use of the parking space.
5. The fee for using the Car Park is PLN 200.00 (in words: two hundred zlotys and zero groszy) per day. The car park is free for those entitled to use it (point 3).
6. The fee is charged for each day of use of the Car Park.
7. The fee should be paid to the owner of the facility, after prior contact at +48 786 909 968, on site.
8. Users are entitled to park vehicles in designated areas, with the exception of areas marked or indicated by the Owner as reserved.
9. Control of compliance of vehicle parking with these regulations is carried out by the control services of the owner of the Parking Lot, the facility’s security and other entities authorised by the Owner.
10. The provisions of the Act of 20 June 1997 on Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws 2018.1990 of 2018.10.17 and any subsequent amendments) apply to the Car Park. Users are obliged to strictly follow the instructions given by the Car Park employees or other representatives of the Car Park Owner.
11. The speed limit on the Car Park is 5 km/h.
12. The Car Park is intended for passenger vehicles whose total weight does not exceed 3.5 tonnes.
13. The use of the parking space by users of the "Vip Apartments" services and unauthorized users does not authorize the throwing away or leaving garbage. In the event of a violation of the ban, the user is obliged to pay an additional fee of PLN 50 (in words: fifty zlotys and zero groszy.)
14. The Parking User is responsible for the contamination of the Parking Lot, in particular for contamination of the Parking Lot due to fluid leakage from the vehicle (oil leakage, brake fluid leakage, coolant leakage, etc.)
15. It is prohibited to consume alcoholic beverages and take intoxicants, wash, vacuum, repair the vehicle, leave children or animals unattended in vehicles and conduct business activities in the Car Park.
16. It is prohibited to:
Behavior that is contrary to the principles of social coexistence or disrupts the use of the Car Park by other Users and to stay in the Car Park for a time exceeding that which is usually necessary to leave or take the vehicle out of the Car Park, unpack or pack luggage into the vehicle.
17. Please do not enter places that are not part of the parking zone, such as gardens, terraces, building entrances and other private places that may violate the privacy of household members.
18. There is an absolute ban on entry of vehicles carrying explosive, flammable or corrosive materials and other unsecured dangerous materials that pose a threat to the life or health of other people or their property.
19. Leaving a vehicle in the Car Park does not constitute a storage agreement within the meaning of art. 835 et seq. of the Civil Code. Leaving a vehicle in the Car Park means the intention to conclude a temporary parking space rental agreement.
20. The Car Park is unattended, unguarded and monitored.
21. In the event of a breach of the regulations by the user, the owner of the car park reserves the right to immediately terminate the contract for the provision of parking services. In the event of the user refusing to leave the car park, the vehicle will be towed away at their expense, and the persons staying in the car park will be removed from the facility.
22. The parking lots are managed by the owner of Royal House, based in Poland, Zakopane City, Salwatoriańska 1 St.
LIABILITY
1. The vehicle user (which also applies to the passenger) is liable for any damage caused to the Owner of Royal House or third parties on the premises of the Parking Lot resulting from the action or omission of such User (passenger).
2. The Owner of Royal House is not liable for damage caused by force majeure, forces of nature, weather conditions, the exclusive fault of the injured party or a third party for whom the owner of Royal House is not liable.
3. The Manager's liability for traffic damage to vehicles and persons using the Parking Lot caused by the actions of Users or third parties is excluded.
4. The User is obliged to immediately inform the owner of the car park or the Vip Apartments service (in the case of using the rental services for Vip Apartments) about the given event, submit a statement in writing, no later than before leaving the Car Park. Otherwise, the cases will be resolved in court without the possibility of an amicable agreement.
5. The User is obliged to immediately inform the Operator in writing about the occurrence of damage for which the Operator is responsible, no later than before leaving the Car Park, all claims in this respect will be considered only if they are identified and reported to the Operator before leaving the Car Park.
Any unusual incidents occurring on the premises of the Parking Lot should be reported to the following number:

REGULAMIN PARKINGU
Użytkownicy uprawnieni są do parkowania pojazdów w miejscach do tego przeznaczonych, z wyjątkiem miejsc oznaczonych lub wskazanych przez Właściciela jako zarezerwowane.
Kontrolę w zakresie zgodności parkowania pojazdów z niniejszym regulaminem prowadzą służby kontrolne właściciela Parkingu, ochrona obiektu oraz inne podmioty upoważnione przez Właściciela.
Użytkownik Parkingu ponosi odpowiedzialność za zanieczyszczenie Parkingu, w szczególności z tytułu zanieczyszczenia Parkingu na skutek wycieku płynów z pojazdu (wyciek oleju, płynu hamulcowego, płynu chłodniczego itp.)
16. Na terenie Parkingu zabronione jest:
Zachowanie sprzeczne z zasadami współżycia społecznego lub zakłócające korzystanie z Parkingu innym Użytkownikom oraz przebywanie na terenie Parkingu w czasie przekraczającym ten, który jest zwyczajowo konieczny do odstawienia lub wyprowadzenia pojazdu z Parkingu, rozpakowania lub zapakowania bagaży do pojazdu.
ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚĆ
Użytkownik zobowiązany jest do niezwłocznego poinformowania właściciela parkingu lub obsługę Vip Apartamenty (w przypadku korzystania z usług najmu dla Vip Apartamenty) o danym zdarzeniu, złożenia oświadczenia w formie pisemnej, nie później niż przed wyjazdem z Parkingu. W innym wypadku sprawy będą rozstrzygane na drodze sądowej bez możliwości porozumienia polubownego.
Użytkownik jest zobowiązany do natychmiastowego poinformowania w formie pisemnej Operatora o zaistnieniu szkody, za którą odpowiedzialność ponosi Operator, nie później niż przed wyjazdem z Parkingu, wszelkie roszczenia z tego tytułu będą rozpatrywane tylko w przypadku stwierdzenia ich i zgłoszenia do Operatora przed wyjazdem z Parkingu.
