• Check in: from 16:00 on the day of arrival Check out: till 11:00 on the day of departure Your time of departure need an appointment one day ahead and we will come  at agreed time to see you out and inspect theapartment in your presence and collect the keys.

• The payment for the stay must be guaranteed at the time of check-in at the latest..

• The wish to extend the stay for subsequent days is notified to responsible person until 8:00 PM before the day on which the room rental period expires.

• Property is completely non-smoking. It is forbidden to smoke inside the property.A free of 1000 PLN will be charged in case of a violation of the smoking policies,

       to cover the cost of cleaning all fabrics.

• No noise is permitted after 10:00 pm till 7:00 am.

• The stay may be extended depending on the occupancy rate or failure to pay for the current stay.

•  At the Guest's request, it is possible to extend the overnight stay free of charge, only after the facility has approved it. If the overnight stay ends on the day of departure and the Guest has not left the facility, an additional fee of PLN 100 will be charged for each hour of the guest's stay, and, if necessary, the facility may terminate the provision of services with immediate effect.

• The houses are not rented for hen/stag parties, birthdays and other special events.

• The tenant is obliged to report any faults and defects in the property, which the owner has not mentioned in writing, within 1 hour of check-in. Otherwise, any detected faults, mechanical damage or damage incurred during the stay will be settled from the deposit or the tenant will be charged for it, and if necessary, an assessment will be made at the expense of the person for whom the reservation was made. The tenant accepts any costs, agrees to charge the card provided for collecting the deposit and is responsible for third parties staying and using the facility's equipment.

• On level 1, it is forbidden to enter in shoes that may dirty the carpets there. In the event of damage or dirt resulting from the Guest's stay requiring additional washing of carpets or thorough cleaning of the cottage equipment, an additional special fee will be

       applied, calculated in accordance with the scope of additional work.

• Upon leaving the room, the Guest is requested to check if the room door, windows and balcony door are locked.The house is equipped with systems that detect the opening of windows or doors, which turn off the heating in the entire building. If the windows or doors are left open, the Guest's comments about low temperature will not be taken into account.

• People who are not registered or not indicated in the reservation can stay in the facility from 8:00 to 22:00. In the event that more people are present than indicated in the reservation, an additional fee will be charged for each person. This fee will be calculated based on the regular price, without taking into account discounts and will be charged for each day of stay of additional people. The fee will be calculated as follows: The price for the number of people from the current reservation will be divided by one person and the applied discount will be deducted. Additional people will be treated as adults.

• The Guest may not transfer the room to other people, even if the period for which the fee has been paid has not expired.

• In case of lack of something in the property or any technical problems please contact our representative person.

• The behaviour of people using the property services, both during the quiet time and at other times, should not disturb other Guests, the public order, the night rest, and it should not be scandalous. In case of disturbing the peace, the Property has the right to:

              a) admonish the Guest/Guests who do not comply with the rules specified above;

              b) in the event of continued violation of the Property rules, despite having been admonished as refer red to in item a) above - call the police or other securit

                  services and charge the Guests whodo not comply with the Hotel rules with a penalty equal to the amount by which the Property was forced to reduce the

                  price of the stay for other Guests complaining about the violation of the Property rules,

              c) if the 2 interventions referred to in items a) and b) above do not bring the expected effect, the Property may refuse to continue providing the service,

                  without reducing or refunding the cost ofthe stay.

• The Property may refuse to accept the Guest, or refuse to continue providing the service, without reducing or refunding the cost of the stay, to persons who have violated the hotel regulations.

• After checking in, the Guest accepts the standards and conditions of the facility, without the possibility of obtaining a refund of the fee for the guest's stay in the House.

• The Royal House does not accept pets. If you arrive at the property with a dog or other animal, Royal House reserves the right to cancel your reservation without refunding the reservation fee.

• Guests are held responsilbe for any loss or damage to the property caused them their friends or any other person related to them which occurs during their stay.In case of any damages guest are required to call on immediately the representative person.

REGULAMIN

• Doba noclegowa zaczyna się o godzinie 16:00 w dniu przyjazdu, a kończy się o godzinie 11:00 w dniu wyjazdu.Godzina opuszczenia obiektu przez Gościa powinna być uzgodniona dzień przed wyjazdem tak, aby osoba odpowiedzialna za klucze stawiła się w celu sprawdzenia stanu zdawanego obiektu i odebrania kluczy.

• Opłata za pobyt winna być zagwarantowana podczas zameldowania

• Życzenie przedłużenia pobytu Gość zgłasza telefonicznie do godziny 20:00  przed dzień, w którym upływa termin najmu domku,

• Palenie papierosów w obiekcie jest zabronione.

       W przypadku złamania zakazu palenia Klient jest zobowiązany do zapłaty kary w wysokości 1000zł.     

• Cisza nocna obowiązuje od 22:00 do 7:00.

• Obiekt może odmówić zameldowania lub przedłużenia pobytu w przypadku braku wolnych miejsc lub niedokonania płatności za dotychczasowy pobyt.

• Na życzenie Gościa możliwe jest bezpłatne przedłużenie doby noclegowej (godziny wyjazdu), jedynie po akceptacji obiektu. W przypadku gdy doba noclegowa zakończy się w dniu wyjazdu, a Gość nie opuścił obiektu naliczona zostanie opłata dodatkowa w kwocie 100 zł za każdą rozpoczętą godzinę pobytu gościa, oraz w razie konieczności obiekt może zakończyć świadczenie usług ze skutkiem natychmiastowym.

• Domki nie są wynajmowane na wieczory panieńskie / kawalerskie urodziny i inne imprezy okolicznościowe.

• Klient ponosi odpowiedzialność materialną za wszelkiego rodzaju uszkodzenia lub zniszczenia przedmiotów wyposażenia i urządzeń technicznych powstałe z jego winy lub winy osób przebywających w wynajmowanym przez Klienta obiekcie w okresie trwania umowy najmu obiektu.W przypadku wystąpienia szkody, niezwłocznie po jej stwierdzeniu, Klient powinien zawiadomić telefonicznie Osobę dyżurną.

• Na poziomie 1 obowiązuje zakaz wchodzenia w obuwiu mogącym zabrudzić będące tam wykładziny. W przypadku zniszczenia lub zabrudzenia wynikającego z pobytu Gościa wymagającego dodatkowego prania wykładzin lub gruntownego czyszczenia wyposażenia domku, zastosowana będzie dodatkowa opłata specjalna obliczona zgodnie z zakresem dodatkowych prac.

• Przy każdorazowym opuszczeniu domku Gość proszony jest o sprawdzenia zamknięcia drzwi do domu okien oraz drzwi tarasowych. W domku zostały zastosowane systemy wykrywające otwarcie okien lub drzwi które wyłączają ogrzewanie w całym budynku. W przypadku pozostawienia otwartych okien lub drzwi uwagi Gościa na niską temperaturę nie będą uwzględniane.

• Osoby nie zameldowane lub nie wskazane w rezerwacji mogą przebywać w obiekcie w godzinach 8:00-22:00. W przypadku stwierdzenia obecności większej liczby osób niż wskazano w rezerwacji, zostanie naliczona dodatkowa opłata za każdą osobę. Opłata ta będzie obliczana na podstawie ceny regularnej, bez uwzględnienia rabatów i będzie naliczana za każdy dzień pobytu dodatkowych osób. Kalkulacja opłaty odbywać się będzie w następujący sposób: Cena za liczbę osób z aktualnej rezerwacji podzielona będzie na jedną osobę oraz zostanie odjęta zastosowana zniżka. Dodatkowe osoby będą traktowane jako osoby dorosłe.

• Gość domku nie może przekazywać obiektu innym osobom, nawet jeśli nie upłynął okres, za który uiścił należną za pobyt opłatę.

• Wszelkie problemy techniczne, związane z obiektem wynikłe w trakcie pobytu powinny być jak najszybciej zgłaszane telefonicznie osobie dyżurnej.

• Najemca jest zobowiązany do zgłoszenia wszelkich usterek i wad w obiekcie, o których właściciel nie wspomniał pisemnie, w ciągu 1 godziny od zameldowania. W przeciwnym razie wszelkie wykryte usterki, uszkodzenia mechaniczne lub szkody powstałe podczas pobytu zostaną rozliczone z kaucji lub najemca zostanie obciążony jej kosztami, a w razie konieczności zostanie dokonana wycena na koszt osoby, na którą opiewała rezerwacja. Najemca akceptuje ewentualne koszty, wyraża zgodę na obciążenie karty udostępnionej do pobrania depozytu oraz ponosi odpowiedzialność za osoby trzecie przebywające i korzystające z wyposażenia obiektu.

• Zachowanie osób korzystających z usług wynajmowanego domku nie powinno zakłócić spokoju pobytu innych Gości. Właściciel lub osoba odpowiedzialna może odmówić dalszego świadczenia usług osobie, która naruszyła tę zasadę.

• Właściciel domku może odmówić przyjęcia Gościa, który podczas poprzedzającego pobytu naruszył niniejszy regulamin.

• Gość po zameldowaniu akceptuje standard i warunki obiektu, bez możliwości uzyskania zwrotu opłaty za pobyt Gościa w domku.

• Royal House nie akceptuje zwierząt. W przypadku przybycia do obiektu z psem lub innym zwierzęciem Royal House zastrzega sobie prawo do anulowania rezerwacji bez zwrotu wniesionej opłaty rezerwacyjnej, lub doliczenia opłaty dodatkowej za ekstra sprzątanie.
